Founding members We are accepting a small group of founding members. CrewBrain already runs two real service companies every day — apply to join them.
Member community

Owners who build CrewBrain with us.

A private space inside CrewBrain where founding members share what works, get answers and help decide what comes next.

Open to accepted founding members. It is not a public forum.

What members get

Learn from people doing the work.

Bring a useful tip, a question or a problem you want to solve.

Ask other owners.

Get ideas from people running service companies. Helpful replies rise through votes, and the person who asked can mark the answer that worked.

Share what works.

Post a way you use CrewBrain, a lesson from a job, or a tip that could save another owner time. Keep your customers' private details out of shared posts.

Report a problem.

Send a bug report to our team. Choose a private report when details should only be seen by you and the team.

Hear what's changing.

Read announcements from the CrewBrain team and follow the improvements that matter to your working day.

A say in the roadmap

A useful idea has somewhere to go.

We look for changes that solve real problems for members. Not every suggestion will be built, and extra custom work is agreed separately.

Share the problem

Explain what you're trying to do and where you get stuck. Other members can add their support.

We review it

We group similar suggestions and check who the change helps and what it would take.

We explain the decision

We say whether an idea is planned, needs more detail, or isn't a fit for the product.

Follow the result

When a change ships, we share what changed so members can try it in their work.

Before you join.

Is the community public?

No. Only accepted founding members can see it. Questions, tips and ideas are shared among members. A bug report can be marked private so only you and our team see it.

How do I join?

Apply as a founding member. We talk through your business and the fit before agreeing access or charging anything. If you're not ready yet, you can join the free early-access list.

Will every suggestion be built?

No. We review ideas for how much they help members and what it takes to keep them working. Extra custom work is discussed and agreed before it starts.
