Our guides, price examples and calculators are there to help you think about pricing. They are general information, not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. The example numbers are illustrative only. Every business is different, so check your own costs and talk to a professional before you make big decisions. You use the guides and calculators at your own risk.
Applying is not a contract
Sending a founding member application, joining the early-access list or booking a demo does not create a contract or commit you or us to anything. Prices, start dates and what is included are only agreed in writing, after we talk.
What you may do
You may read, share and link to our pages. You may print or save a page for your own business use.
What you may not do
- copy large parts of the site to publish as your own
- send fake or automated form entries
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site
Our content
The words, pictures, screen images and logo on this site belong to CrewBrain. The screen images show made-up sample data, not real customers.

Some pages link to other websites, such as government pages or other software companies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say.
