Who sends these texts
CrewBrain is software for service businesses, made by Shine City Pressure Washing Inc. in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. CrewBrain texts come from our sales line, 778-718-2792.
Texting is optional
Our demo, early-access and founding member forms have two separate texting boxes, each one not ticked to start with. One is for texts about your request. The other, separate box is for marketing texts. You only get CrewBrain texts if you tick a box and give us your mobile number, and you only get marketing texts if you tick the marketing box. You do not need to tick either box to send a form, book a demo or join the list. If you leave them blank, we call or email you instead.
What we text you about
If you tick the request box:
- the demo you booked: times, reminders and changes
- replies to your questions
- for the early-access list or a founding member application: news about that request, such as when your spot opens
Only if you also tick the separate marketing box:
- sales follow-ups, CrewBrain product news and offers
Up to 6 texts a month in total. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any CrewBrain text to stop all texts. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or call 778-718-2792.
Your number stays with us
We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
