The short script under the frame makes it grow and shrink to fit, so nothing is cut off. If your website builder removes scripts, the frame keeps a fixed height; raise it on a narrow column. Try it on a test page.

How to measure a pressure washing job

  • Measure siding as wall length times wall height, and leave out large windows and doors.
  • Concrete is length times width. Stained or oily concrete takes longer, so slow the speed down for it.
  • Count setup and pack-up separately: hoses, surface cleaner and chemicals take the same time on a small job as on a big one.

What this free version leaves out

Soft-washing a house and surface-cleaning a driveway are different speeds. That is why they are separate lines. A second storey, heavy algae or a tight backyard all slow the crew down, and this free version only lets you change the speed by hand. It also prices every customer the same way, whatever the season, the access or how the first call went. The full CrewBrain pricing engine takes those into account.

Questions owners ask

How do I price a pressure washing job?

Work out how many person-hours the job takes, multiply by what one person-hour really costs you, add chemicals and fuel, then divide by one minus the margin you want. The calculator does those steps for you.

Should I charge by the square foot or by the job?

Customers like one price for the job, but square feet are how you work out that price. Use square feet to build the price, then quote the job total.

What minimum charge should I set?

Enough that a tiny job still pays for the drive, the setup and the pack-up. Put the smallest job you would take into the calculator and see what it costs you.
